Manage the MD's schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements* Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and events* Handle confidential matters, including correspondence and phone calls* Develop and maintain effective filing systems, both physical and digital* Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration* Prepare and review documents, reports, and presentations* Handle special projects and tasks as assigned by the MD*
Requirements:
4+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role* Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information* Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field*
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with senior-level executives* Knowledge of industry-specific software and tools* Certification in administrative assistance or a related field*
