Seeking a dependable and proactive Personal Assistant to work directly with the Founder of an HR firm as the first and only team member. The role involves handling both business and personal tasks, managing schedules, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Requires flexibility for travel (in & out of city) and late working hours when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the Founder's calendar, meetings, and reminders.
Coordinate communication with clients, vendors, and other contacts.
Maintain documents, reports, and trackers.
Assist in personal errands and travel arrangements.
Support daily operations across business and personal activities.
Be available for urgent tasks beyond standard working hours when required.
Requirements:
Graduate with excellent organization and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office & Google Workspace.
Flexible for travel (within and outside city) and extended working hours.
