Key Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
Manage calendars, appointments, meetings
Organize and prioritize emails, phone calls, and other communications
Assist with personal errands and tasks as required
Maintain and manage confidential information with discretion
Draft emails, reports, and presentations as instructed
Follow up on tasks and ensure timely completion of action items
Coordinate with other staff or departments as needed
Perform ad hoc duties as required to support the executive's workload
