We are looking for a smart, organized, and proactive
Personal Assistant (Female)
to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to senior management. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and coordination skills, a professional appearance, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day schedule, appointments, and meetings of the Director/Management.
Handle travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and itinerary planning.
Draft and manage correspondence, emails, reports, and presentations.
Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive company and personal information.
Coordinate internal and external meetings, conferences, and events.
Assist in managing office operations and vendor coordination when required.
Handle personal tasks, errands, and administrative duties for the senior executive.
Maintain proper filing systems and documentation (digital and physical).
Prepare meeting agendas, record minutes, and follow up on pending tasks.
Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders professionally.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (preferably with background in administration or management).
Excellent communication (spoken & written) and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Discretion and integrity in handling confidential information.
Presentable, confident, and professional in demeanor.
Prior experience as a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant preferred.
Working Hours:
Monday to Saturday - 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Flexible as per management schedule)
