We are seeking a well-groomed, organized, and confident
Female Personal Assistant
to support our Madam, an experienced jewellery showroom owner, in managing both professional and personal responsibilities. The role requires excellent communication, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily calendar, appointments, and meetings.
Handle calls, emails, and client communication with professionalism.
Coordinate with staff, vendors, and customers related to jewellery operations or business activities.
Maintain records, documentation, and expense reports.
Assist in travel planning, event organization, and scheduling.
Oversee day-to-day tasks and ensure timely completion of assignments.
Handle confidential matters with discretion and reliability.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline (Commerce or Management preferred).
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and online coordination tools.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and follow-up skills.
Presentable, responsible, and professional demeanor.
Prior experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant preferred.
Knowledge of jewellery or luxury retail will be an advantage.
