Manage the executive's daily schedule, including internal meetings, film industry appointments, and studio sessions.
Act as the primary point of contact for phone calls, emails, and visitors.
Draft professional correspondence, emails, and reports on behalf of the management.
Organize travel itineraries, including flights, hotel bookings, and ground transportation.
2. Office Administration & Operations
Supervise general office maintenance and ensure a productive workspace.
Manage vendor relationships (stationery, housekeeping, pantry, and IT support).
Coordinate with the HR and Finance departments for documentation, billing, and expense reimbursements.
Maintain a robust physical and digital filing system for legal contracts and music licenses.
3. Event & Meeting Coordination
Coordinate logistics for press meets, album launches, and team outings.
Prepare agendas for meetings and take detailed minutes for follow-up actions.
Handle VIP guests and talent (singers, directors, producers) visiting the office.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Experience:
3-5 years of experience in a PA or Admin role (experience in the Media/Entertainment industry is a plus).
Communication:
Fluent in English and [Local Language, e.g., Telugu]. Excellent written communication is mandatory.
Tech-Savvy:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Soft Skills:
High level of discretion/confidentiality, ability to multitask under pressure, and a "can-do" attitude.
