We are looking for a well-groomed and professional
Personal Assistant
to support a Doctor in day-to-day activities. The role requires excellent communication skills, organizational ability, and a proactive attitude to manage appointments, schedules, and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the Doctor's daily schedule, appointments, and meetings.
Coordinate with patients, hospital staff, and external contacts for smooth scheduling.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive medical and personal information.
Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation when required.
Organize travel, accommodation, and logistics as per requirement.
Ensure the Doctor is well-prepared for meetings/consultations.
Maintain a professional appearance and represent the Doctor with proper etiquette.
Requirements:
Female candidate with good grooming standards.
Strong verbal and written communication skills (English, Hindi/Telugu preferred).
Graduate preferred with prior experience as a Personal Assistant/Secretary (healthcare background is an added advantage).
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and handle work under pressure.
Confidentiality, loyalty, and professionalism are must.
Salary:
Based on experience (to be discussed in interview).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
