We are looking for a dynamic and energetic MBA Fresher or 1-2 years of experience candidate to join as a Personal Assistant to the Managing Director. This role is an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate to gain exposure to top-level management, business decision-making, and day-to-day corporate operations. The candidate will assist the MD in managing schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and supporting overall executive functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the MD in day-to-day activities and follow-ups.
Manage the MD's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
Prepare meeting notes, presentations, and reports as required.
Handle internal and external communications on behalf of the MD.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth flow of information.
Maintain records, files, and confidential documents.
Support in business research, data analysis, and preparing MIS reports.
Assist the MD in personal tasks and ad-hoc projects.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Quick learner with good organizational and time management skills.
Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude, professionalism, and eagerness to learn.
Qualifications:
MBA (Fresher) - specialization in HR, Marketing, Finance, or General Management.
Strong academic background with willingness to learn executive-level operations.
