Key Responsibilities
Manage and organize the leader's calendar, meetings, and travel plans efficiently.
Track, prioritize, and follow up on emails, calls, and other communications.
Prepare and maintain reports, records, and documentation for easy information retrieval.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including business partners and investors.
Ensure timely execution of tasks and follow-ups on pending actions.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Provide support in personal coordination tasks when required.
Qualifications & Skills
Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Business Administration/Management).
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and calendar management tools.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure with attention to detail.
