Role Summary



This role provides high-level administrative, organizational, and secretarial support to a VP-level leader. The Personal Assistant will manage calendars, coordinate travel, prepare documents, and act as a primary liaison between the leader and internal/external stakeholders globally.

Key Responsibilities



Calendar & Schedule Management



Organize and optimize daily, weekly, and monthly calendars Coordinate meetings across time zones and departments

Travel & Logistics



Plan and book domestic/international travel Prepare itineraries and manage visa/passport requirements

Meeting Preparation & Follow-up



Prepare agendas, presentations, and briefing materials Record minutes and track action items

Email & Communication Support



Draft, review, and send emails on behalf of the VP Screen and prioritize incoming communications

Expense & Budget Management



Process expense reports and track reimbursements Support budget tracking and invoice approvals

Stakeholder Liaison



Act as a point of contact for internal teams Represent the VP professionally in all interactions

Confidentiality & Discretion



Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality Maintain trust and integrity in all dealings

Required Skills & Competencies



Communication



Fluent spoken and written English Professional verbal and written communication skills

Organizational & Time Management



Prioritization of tasks and calendar management Ability to multitask across competing priorities

Technical Proficiency



MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom, Slack) Familiarity with travel booking platforms, expense systems, and CRM tools

Problem Solving & Initiative



Anticipate needs and proactively resolve issues Resourcefulness in managing last-minute changes

Attention to Detail



Accuracy in scheduling, documentation, and communications Vigilance in reviewing documents and preparing reports

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
