Manage the Sales Head's calendar, schedule and coordinate meetings, and arrange travel, transportation, and accommodation.
Communication Management:
Act as a first point of contact for inquiries, manage emails and phone calls, and relay important information to the Sales Head and other team members.
Document & Report Preparation:
Type, compile, and prepare various reports, presentations, and correspondence for the Sales Head and sales team.
Data & File Management:
Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems, databases, and filing systems to ensure accurate record-keeping.
Sales Process Support:
Assist with administrative tasks that support the sales process, such as preparing for client meetings and following up on leads.
Event Coordination:
Organize and coordinate sales meetings, conferences, and client events as needed.
Liaison and Coordination:
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal departments (e.g., production, logistics) to ensure seamless coordination of sales activities.
Ad-Hoc Tasks:
Undertake miscellaneous tasks as required to support the Sales Head, which may include managing expenses and conducting basic market research.

Strong Communication:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with internal teams, clients, and suppliers.
Organizational Skills:
Exceptional time management, planning, and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Technical Proficiency:
Proficient in using office software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.
Industry Awareness:
A basic understanding of the steel manufacturing industry is beneficial to better support the Sales Head.
