Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Principal
Manage daily schedules, appointments, and official communications
Coordinate academic and administrative tasks as directed by the Principal
Assist in preparing reports, circulars, meeting notes, and documentation
Draft and review official correspondence
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Coordinate with school departments, staff, and external stakeholders
Support in managing school events, meetings, and academic activities
Ensure smooth communication flow between Principal's office and other departments
