We are seeking a highly competent, discreet, and proactive
Personal Assistant to the Principal Director
. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong command of English, superior writing ability, and the capability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. The PA will act as a key support to the Principal Director, handling schedules, travel, communication, and coordination with customers, partners, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Provide end-to-end administrative and personal support to the Principal Director
Manage calendar, appointments, meetings, reminders, and follow-ups
Handle domestic and international travel coordination including flights, hotels, visas (if required), itineraries, and logistics
Draft, edit, and manage professional emails, letters, reports, and documents on behalf of the Principal Director
Coordinate with customers, vendors, partners, and internal teams via calls, emails, and messaging platforms
Prepare presentations, reports, spreadsheets, and briefing notes
Maintain and organize confidential documents and records
Screen calls, prioritize communication, and ensure timely responses
Assist in planning meetings, events, and business travel schedules
Track tasks, deadlines, and commitments to ensure smooth workflow
Handle multiple assignments simultaneously with accuracy and discretion
Support ad-hoc business and administrative requirements as needed
Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written
English communication skills
Strong
writing and drafting skills
for professional correspondence
Proficiency in
MS Word, Excel, Google Sheets, and email tools
Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities
High level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism
Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
Strong coordination and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience as a
Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant to senior leadership
Experience in travel coordination and customer or stakeholder management
Familiarity with CRM tools, office management systems, or reporting tools
Ability to handle pressure and dynamic work environments
