Manage and maintain the MD's schedule, plan appointments, and coordinate meetings, ensuring no conflicts and optimizing time.
Communication and correspondence:
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls. Read, research, and route correspondence to the appropriate people and draft letters and documents.
Travel arrangements:
Organize all aspects of travel, including booking flights and hotels, creating itineraries, and managing visas.
Meeting and event coordination:
Prepare for meetings by booking venues, preparing agendas, and taking meeting minutes.
Document and report preparation:
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents by transcribing, formatting, editing, and retrieving information.
Administrative support:
Perform general administrative tasks, such as maintaining contact lists, managing files, ordering supplies, and handling basic bookkeeping.
Liaison and coordination:
Act as a gatekeeper and a key point of contact between the MD and other employees, clients, and external partners.

Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication, strong organizational and time-management skills, discretion, and the ability to multitask under pressure.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant office software.

Professional demeanor, a proactive approach, trustworthiness, and the ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
