Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive

Personal Assistant

to support our Chairman & Managing Director (CMD). The role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with discretion and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage the CMD's daily schedule, appointments, and meetings. Handle travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodation bookings. Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the CMD. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Provide general administrative support and ensure smooth office operations. Assist in personal tasks and errands as required.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management or related field. Minimum

1 year of experience

as a Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant, preferably at a senior management level. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
