Job Description

Schedule Management:

Managing the director's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Communication:

Handling correspondence, including emails and phone calls, and acting as a gatekeeper for the director.

Meeting Preparation:

Preparing meeting agendas, materials, and taking minutes.

Document Management:

Preparing and organizing documents, reports, and presentations.

Project Support:

Assisting with project planning, execution, and follow-up.

Confidentiality:

Maintaining confidential records and files with discretion.

Liaison:

Acting as a liaison between the director and internal/external stakeholders.

Administrative Support:

Performing various administrative tasks to support the director's daily activities.

Problem-Solving:

Handling challenges and making decisions to support the director efficiently.

Process Improvement:

Identifying areas for process improvement and suggesting innovative solutions.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
