Key Responsibilities:
Assist the boss in day-to-day activities and field visits.
Maintain notes, update every client inquiry, and keep records.
Arrange property visits with customers and coordinate schedules.
Provide property details to clients over phone and in person.
Take regular follow-ups with the sales team about leads and site visits.
Ensure smooth communication between management, clients, and the team.
Requirements:
Graduate / Diploma holder.
Strong communication skills (Hindi, Marathi, English).
Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Office).
Willingness to travel for fieldwork as required.
Experience in customer handling / real estate preferred.
