Book travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, and transportation.
Prepare detailed travel itineraries.
Handle visa applications and travel documentation.
Personal Assistance
Assist with personal errands and tasks as required.
Manage household appointments, events, and scheduling.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
Communication
Act as the first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
Liaise with internal staff and external stakeholders on behalf of the employer.
