As the Personal Assistant to the Managing Director, you will serve as the right hand to the leadership, ensuring their schedule, meetings, communications, and strategic tasks run smoothly. You'll act as the bridge between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage MD's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries
Organize internal and client meetings, ensuring timely follow-ups and documentation
Draft emails, presentations, reports, and meeting minutes
Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
Oversee daily office and administrative tasks linked to the MD's activities
Track deadlines, client communications, and work deliverables
Coordinate with construction sites, vendors, and Internal staff on MD's behalf
Support day-to-day business activities and ad-hoc tasks
Maintain a daily record of calls, leads generated, follow-ups and site visit's
Ideal Candidate:
2-5 years of experience as an Executive/Personal Assistant
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Tech-savvy - proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, scheduling tools
Ability to handle high-pressure situations with discretion
Prior experience in Construction industry is a plus
