Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Administrative & Office Management

Manage the MD's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments. Organize domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, and transport. Prepare, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations. Maintain and organize important records, documents, and confidential files.
2. Communication & Liaison

Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the MD. Draft professional emails, memos, and communication as per MD's instructions. Coordinate between the MD and department heads to ensure smooth information flow. Follow up on action points from meetings to ensure timely completion.
3. Meeting Coordination

Plan, prepare, and distribute meeting agendas and materials. Record and circulate minutes of meetings with clear action items. Monitor progress on assigned tasks and report back to the MD.
4. Strategic & Project Support

Assist in research, data collection, and preparation of reports for decision-making. Support the MD in business development initiatives and special projects. Track key performance indicators and prepare periodic summaries.
5. Confidentiality & Professionalism

Handle sensitive company information with absolute discretion. Represent the MD professionally in all interactions.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
