Job Summary:



A Secretary provides essential administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of an office. This role involves managing communications, scheduling appointments, organizing files, and performing various clerical tasks to support staff and executives.

Key Responsibilities:



Answer and direct phone calls; manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and letters. Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars for staff and executives. Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, take minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items. Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems for easy retrieval of documents. Handle office supply inventory and place orders as needed. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents. Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for staff when necessary. Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing assistance and directing them appropriately.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
