Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Administrative Support



Manage the director's complex and dynamic calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take detailed minutes of meeting Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical Process and manage incoming and outgoing correspondence

Communication Management



Act as the primary point of contact for the director Screen and prioritize phone calls, emails, and other communications Liaison between the director and internal departments, external stakeholders, and clients Draft professional correspondence, reports, and presentations Prepare briefing documents and executive summaries.

Executive Support



Assist in preparing board meeting materials and presentations

Required Skills and Qualifications Education



Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience Advanced degree or specialized certification in business administration is a plus

Professional Skills



Exceptional organizational and time management abilities Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and digital collaboration tools Advanced calendar and project management software experience Ability to work independently and show initiative

Technical Competencies



Advanced computer skills Proficiency in digital communication platforms Basic understanding of business processes and corporate culture

Preferred Experience



3-5 years of experience as an executive or high-level administrative assistant Background in the Medical industry of the director's organization Proven track record of supporting senior executives

Compensation and Benefits



Competitive salary commensurate with experience
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
