Job Overview:
We are looking for a professional and proactive
Personal Assistant
to support our Managing Director in day-to-day operations and executive tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the MD's calendar, schedule meetings, and set reminders.
Organize travel arrangements including flights, hotels, and transportation.
Handle emails, calls, and other communication on behalf of the MD.
Take meeting notes and follow up to ensure tasks are completed.
Prepare reports, presentations, and professional documents.
Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and business partners.
Support the MD with day-to-day tasks to keep operations smooth.
Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Requirements:
Strong organization and time-management skills.
Excellent communication -- both spoken and written.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize well.
Trustworthy, discreet, and respectful of confidential information
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Friendly, professional, and able to work independently.
Previous experience as a PA or Executive Assistant is preferred.
