About the Role

We are seeking a

smart, proactive, and highly organized Personal Assistant

to work closely with

Nikita Mohan

, providing both professional and personal support in managing her dynamic schedule, communications, and daily responsibilities.

This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside a visionary designer and gain first-hand exposure to the world of luxury interior design and lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and organize Nikita Mohan's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel plans Handle phone calls, emails, and other communication on her behalf Coordinate with clients, vendors, and team members professionally and efficiently Assist in daily office administration and task follow-ups Accompany her to client meetings, site visits, or events (if required) Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Confidence in handling high-level conversations and multitasking Proficiency in MS Office, emails, and basic digital tools Prior experience as a Personal Assistant or in an executive support role is preferred Must be dependable, trustworthy, and presentable

Eligibility Criteria:

1 year of relevant experience will be prefered

will be preferred Candidates based in

South Delhi

will be given priority due to travel convenience
