Job Summary



We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy

Personal Assistant to the Founder

to provide comprehensive administrative, operational, and coordination support. The PA will act as a key point of contact between the Founder and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning and effective time management.

Key Responsibilities Administrative & Executive Support



Manage Founder's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and track action items Handle emails, calls, correspondence, and follow-ups on behalf of the Founder Maintain confidential files, documents, and records

Communication & Coordination



Act as a liaison between the Founder and departments, clients, vendors, and partners Draft professional emails, reports, presentations, and letters Ensure timely communication and follow-ups across teams

Business & Operational Support



Assist in planning, tracking, and execution of key projects and initiatives Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and summaries for management review Support decision-making by collecting and organizing relevant data

Personal & Travel Assistance



Manage travel bookings, accommodation, itineraries, and expense reports Handle personal scheduling requests of the Founder (as required) Coordinate events, meetings, and official engagements

Confidentiality & Compliance



Handle sensitive information with absolute discretion Ensure compliance with company policies and protocols

Required Skills & Qualifications



Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline 3-6 years of experience as PA / EA / Executive Assistant to senior leadership Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English mandatory; Hindi preferred) Strong proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Slides) Exceptional time management, multitasking, and organizational skills High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality

Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)



Experience working with Founders / CXOs / Business Owners Knowledge of MIS reporting and basic data analysis Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Tech-savvy and quick learner
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
