About the Role
We are looking for a
highly organized, discreet, and proactive Personal Assistant
to support the Founder, who manages multiple businesses in law, blockchain, hedge fund investments, and real estate. This is not a typical admin role -- the PA will act as the
execution arm of the Founder
, ensuring follow-ups, managing schedules, coordinating between teams, and handling both business and personal responsibilities.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves problem-solving, and can balance professionalism with flexibility.
Key Responsibilities
1.
Business Support & Coordination
? Manage and maintain the Founder's calendar (client meetings, court hearings, speaking events, family obligations).
? Coordinate between internal teams (lawyers, interns, HR, content team, CA, consultants) and external stakeholders (clients, vendors, investors).
? Ensure
timely follow-ups
on all pending matters; maintain a task tracker.
? Draft and manage correspondence (emails, letters, WhatsApp messages) on behalf of the Founder.
? Prepare agendas, briefs, and documents required for meetings or talks.
2.
Administrative & Financial Assistance
? Track daily expenses (personal, family, and business) and maintain proper records.
? Provide
weekly expense reports
and share data with CA for monthly reconciliation.
? Handle payments and vendor coordination (trainers, suppliers, service providers).
? Maintain files (physical + digital), ensuring documents are organized and easily accessible.
3.
Tech & Digital Support
? Research and identify the right services/vendors/platforms online as per Founder's requirements.
? Assist with digital tools (Google Workspace, Zoom, YouTube uploads, cloud storage).
? Coordinate with the content production team for social media deliverables and deadlines.
? Support online applications, government portals, and digital compliance tasks.
4.
Kannada Language Support
?
Read and translate
Kannada documents (legal notices, BBMP/RTO papers, government communication).
? Draft Kannada letters/responses when required.
? Act as the bridge in local-language official or vendor interactions.
