Position: Personal Assistant to Medical Director
We are looking for a well-mannered, efficient, and reliable female candidate to assist the Medical Director in daily activities.
Responsibilities:
Handle phone calls and correspondence
Maintain files, records, and documents
Organize appointments, meetings, and travel schedules
Assist with personal and administrative tasks
Operate office automation equipment and perform basic computer tasks
Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Computer literacy and familiarity with MS Office
