Personal Assistant to Director (Multi-Centre Yoga & Wellness)

Job Summary -



The Personal Assistant (PA) to the Director will provide dedicated administrative, coordination, and organisational support within a yoga and health-care environment. The role requires sensitivity toward wellness practices, strong discretion, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate smoothly between therapists, trainers, medical staff, clients, and management.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:-

1. Executive & Administrative Support

Manage the Director's daily schedule, including therapy reviews, meetings, workshops, and wellness programs Handle official emails, notices, client-related communications, and internal correspondence on behalf of the Director Maintain confidential client, therapist, and organizational records in compliance with privacy and ethics standards Prepare reports, summaries, and documentation related to wellness programs and operations
2. Coordination with Wellness Teams

Act as a liaison between the Director and yoga therapists, trainers, doctors, reception, and admin teams Coordinate therapist schedules, workshops, therapy programs, and special wellness sessions as directed Follow up on assigned tasks and ensure timely execution across all departments
3. Client & Program Support

Assist in managing high-level client communications and special cases escalated to the Director Support planning and coordination of therapy packages, retreats, health camps, and training programs Ensure smooth communication flow regarding program updates, policy changes, and schedules
4. Planning, Events & Operations

Support the Director in organizing wellness events, teacher trainings, seminars, and outreach programs Assist with planning visits, audits, inspections, and collaborations with health professionals Coordinate logistics related to centres, accommodation, and training locations when required
5. Confidentiality, Ethics & Professional Conduct

Handle sensitive health-related and personal client information with strict confidentiality Uphold the values, ethics, and discipline of a yoga and wellness institution Represent the Director and organization professionally at all times
6. Reporting & Documentation

Maintain records related to staff attendance, leaves, training schedules, and compliance documentation Assist with basic data tracking related to client sessions, therapy progress, and center operations Prepare internal reports and presentations as required by the Director
Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant (preferably in healthcare, wellness, or service industry) Strong verbal and written communication skills Good understanding of yoga, therapy, or wellness environments (preferred) Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace Ability to handle sensitive client and health-related information with discretion

Reporting To

Director - Yoga & Wellness Operations

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
