We are looking for a smart, proactive, and well-organized
Personal Assistant cum Sales Executive
to support our Real Estate Operations and Sales team. This role requires someone who can handle administrative tasks, manage client communication, support daily operations, and actively contribute to lead follow-ups and property sales.
Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative & Personal Assistance
Manage daily schedules, appointments, and meetings for management.
Handle emails, calls, and client coordination.
Maintain documentation, agreements, client records, and follow-up trackers.
Assist in planning site visits and arranging travel for the sales team.
Support day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Sales & Client Handling
Attend inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate property information.
Follow up with leads generated from marketing campaigns.
Schedule and conduct site visits with potential buyers.
Prepare sales presentations, property briefs, and proposal documents.
Assist the sales team in closing deals and maintaining client relationships.
Maintain CRM entries, lead status updates, and sales pipeline tracking.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
1-3 years of experience in Real Estate / Sales / Customer Handling / Admin roles.
Excellent communication skills (English & local language).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Comfortable managing calls, emails, and client interactions.
Basic computer skills -- MS Office, CRM, WhatsApp Business, etc.
Pleasant personality with a positive attitude.
