Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities of Personal Assistant to MD1. Administrative & Secretarial Support



Manage the MD's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments with internal teams, OEM representatives, and external stakeholders. Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the MD. Draft, review, and manage official communications, reports, and presentations. Ensure timely reminders for important meetings, deadlines, and follow-ups. Maintain confidential files, records, and sensitive documents securely.

2. Business Coordination



Act as a bridge between the MD and departmental heads (Sales, Service, Accounts, HR, Insurance, etc.). Track business performance reports (daily sales MIS, service performance, financial updates) and present concise summaries to the MD. Coordinate with dealerships, workshops, and regional offices to ensure smooth operations. Support in monitoring OEM guidelines, targets, and compliance.

3. Meeting & Event Management



Prepare agendas, MOM (minutes of meetings), and ensure timely circulation and follow-ups. Organize dealer-level events, OEM visits, team reviews, and customer engagement activities. Assist in travel arrangements (domestic & international) including ticketing, hotel bookings, and itineraries.

4. Strategic Assistance



Conduct market research on competitors, pricing, and new automobile trends, and prepare analytical briefs for the MD. Support in decision-making by providing relevant data, MIS, and summaries. Assist in implementing strategic initiatives and monitoring progress. Prepare presentations for board meetings, OEM reviews, and annual business plans.

5. Personal Assistance



Handle personal tasks of the MD such as personal travel, household arrangements, or personal document management (where required). Maintain a high level of discretion, loyalty, and trust in both personal and professional matters.

Key Skills Required



Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and dealership management systems (DMS). Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure. High integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
