Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence.
Communication:
Act as the primary point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders. Ensure effective communication and follow-up on action items.
Documentation:
Prepare reports, presentations, and other necessary documents. Maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval of information.
Travel Arrangements:
Plan and coordinate travel itineraries, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
Event Coordination:
Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences, ensuring all logistics are handled smoothly.
Confidentiality:
Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
Experience:
Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role, preferably in a corporate environment.
Skills:
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
