We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and responsible
Personal Assistant to the Director
to provide day-to-day operational support and ensure smooth coordination across departments including Warehouse, Accounts, Sales, and Production. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, strong in follow-ups and reporting, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Director with daily operational activities, communication, and timely follow-ups
Coordinate with Warehouse, Accounts, Sales, and Production teams to ensure smooth workflow and execution
Prepare and circulate daily MIS reports, operational updates, and trackers
Manage the Director's schedule, meetings, reminders, and task prioritization
Monitor production activities including cutting, stitching, finishing, and quality checks
Support warehouse operations such as inventory tracking, stock movement, and dispatch coordination
Assist the accounts team with billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups
Track daily sales reports, performance metrics, and coordinate closely with the sales team
Handle documentation, approvals, vendor coordination, and administrative support
Maintain strict confidentiality and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks across departments
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree (BBA, B.Com, or any relevant discipline)
2-5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in operations coordination
Prior experience in garment manufacturing or production-based industries is preferred
Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills
Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic MIS/reporting
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
High level of responsibility, discretion, and ownership
