We are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to support the Director in daily operations and strategic tasks. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, excellent organizational capability, and prior experience in the construction or real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and organize the Director's calendar, schedule meetings, and prioritize appointments.
Ensure the Director is fully prepared for meetings by arranging documents, reports, and relevant information.
Plan detailed travel itineraries and prepare travel packs as required.
Coordinate logistics for conferences, seminars, and business events, including registrations, accommodations, and transport.
Draft and prepare letters, reports, presentations, and other business documents.
Handle inquiries and provide accurate, timely responses on behalf of the Director.
Prepare and maintain expense reports, reimbursements, and financial documentation.
Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
Maintain strong working relationships with internal teams, clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
Act as the primary point of contact for communication and follow-ups for the Director.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth coordination and information flow.
Skills Required

Excellent time management and organizational abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and professional documentation
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Experience in construction/real estate/architecture industry preferred

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
