Job Description

Require full time Personal Assistant ( female ) to the Director of An overseas Education consultancy in Kartaj ( Pune )

The candidate must have good communications kills in English, Marathi and Hindi , any other language will be an added advantage

The candidate must have reverent experience of more than 2 years

Key responsibilities

Administrative management:

PAs manage the MD's schedule, including meetings and appointments, and handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls. They are often the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Travel coordination:

This includes arranging complex travel and accommodation, organizing visas, and managing itineraries.

Information and document control:

PAs prepare reports, presentations, and other documents. They also create and maintain organized filing systems, ensuring all records are secure and easily accessible.

Gatekeeping:

A key function is to act as a gatekeeper, filtering communications and managing access to the MD's time.

Project and event support:

This can involve coordinating special projects, organizing corporate and staff events, and preparing materials and agendas for meetings.

Liaison and representation:

PAs liaise with various internal departments and external parties on behalf of the MD, and may be required to represent the MD in their absence.

Confidentiality:

A critical aspect of the job is handling sensitive, confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism. Essential skills and qualifications: -

Organizational skills:

You need to be an expert in managing multiple tasks, prioritizing effectively, and maintaining impeccable attention to detail.

Communication:

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are necessary for effective liaison and correspondence on behalf of the MD.

Proactivity:

Successful PAs anticipate needs and potential issues, taking initiative to solve problems before they arise.

Flexibility and adaptability:

The role is dynamic and can change on a moment's notice, requiring you to adjust and pivot quickly.

Technical proficiency:

You should have a high level of proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software and digital tools.

Emotional intelligence:

The ability to be empathetic, self-aware, and manage emotions effectively is crucial for navigating complex interpersonal dynamics.
