Job Description

Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

Managing the Director's calendar, scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and handling correspondence (emails, letters, etc.).

Communication:

Acting as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, relaying information, and ensuring effective communication flow.

Document Management:

Preparing documents, presentations, and reports, as well as organizing and maintaining files.

Project Assistance:

Supporting the Director in project planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring timely completion and successful outcomes.

Problem-Solving:

Identifying and resolving issues, contributing to decision-making processes, and providing solutions.

Coordination:

Collaborating with different departments and teams to facilitate smooth workflows and achieve organizational goals.

Event Planning:

Assisting in organizing and coordinating events, meetings, and conferences.

General Office Management:

Maintaining a tidy and organized workspace, managing office supplies, and handling other administrative tasks as needed.

Confidentiality:

Handling sensitive information with discretion and maintaining confidentiality at all times.
Skills:

Excellent Communication Skills:

Both written and verbal, including the ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels.

Strong Organizational Skills:

Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain attention to detail.

Proficiency in Office Software:

Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.

Problem-Solving Abilities:

Ability to identify issues, analyze situations, and develop effective solutions.

Time Management:

Ability to manage time effectively, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks.

Discretion and Professionalism:

Ability to handle confidential information and maintain a professional demeanor.

Adaptability:

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle unexpected situations.

Leadership and Mentorship:

In some cases, may involve guiding and mentoring junior staff.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
