We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional
Personal Assistant (PA)
to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to the Director. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, discreet, and capable of managing a wide range of tasks in a fast-paced environment. This role is crucial in ensuring the Director's time is effectively managed and day-to-day operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Diary & Schedule Management:
Organize and manage the Director's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel.
Email & Communication Management:
Monitor, prioritize, and draft responses to emails and correspondence on behalf of the Director.
Travel Coordination:
Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and itineraries.
Meeting Support:
Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action points from meetings.
Document Management:
Draft, format, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations.
Confidential Support:
Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain the highest levels of confidentiality at all times.
Liaison:
Act as the first point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
Task & Project Support:
Assist with personal and business-related projects as required.
Office Management Assistance:
Provide general administrative support and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Skills & Qualifications:
2 years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, ideally at Director.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and digital collaboration tools.
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
Calm under pressure and able to handle urgent or sensitive matters tactfully.
Flexible, proactive, and adaptable to changing priorities.
Experience in manufacturing and construction industry.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
