We are seeking a smart, organized, and trustworthy
Personal Assistant to Director
to provide high-level administrative, coordination, and communication support. The role requires handling day-to-day schedules, documentation, follow-ups, and acting as a key liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative & Secretarial Support
Manage Director's daily schedule, appointments, and meetings
Handle calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the Director
Draft letters, emails, notices, and official documents
Maintain confidential files and important records
Coordination & Follow-ups
Coordinate with internal departments (accounts, legal, sales, site team)
Follow up on pending tasks, approvals, and deadlines
Act as a point of contact between the Director and vendors, consultants, and clients
Real Estate Documentation
Assist in preparation and handling of
agreements, MOUs, sale deeds, and legal documents
Coordinate with lawyers, brokers, architects, and government offices when required
Maintain project-related documentation and approvals
Meeting & Reporting Support
Prepare meeting agendas, MOM (Minutes of Meeting), and reports
Track action items and ensure timely completion
Assist in preparing presentations and MIS reports
Travel & Personal Assistance
Arrange travel, accommodation, and site visit schedules
Handle personal tasks assigned by the Director when required
Required Skills & QualificationsEducation
Graduate in any discipline (B.Com / BBA / BA preferred)
Experience
2-5 years
experience as PA / Executive Assistant
Experience in
Real Estate or Construction industry
preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
