Key Responsibilities
Manage the Director's
daily schedule, meetings, and follow-ups
Travel with the Director across India
and provide complete assistance during travel
Support in
travel coordination and itinerary tracking
Be
available and willing to travel at any time
as per the Director's schedule
Assist the Director during
meetings, site visits, and client interactions
Draft and manage
emails, basic reports, and documentation
using basic computer tools
Coordinate with
internal teams, vendors, and clients
Maintain
files, records, and confidential information
Handle
day-to-day personal and official tasks
as assigned
