We are looking for a smart, organised, and proactive
Female Personal Assistant
to support day-to-day tasks, scheduling, coordination, and communication. The ideal candidate should be reliable, well-presented, and able to handle work independently with confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily schedules, appointments, and meetings
Coordinate travel, events, and external communications
Handle emails, calls, and client follow-ups
Prepare notes, summaries, reports, and documentation
Assist in managing social media or basic content coordination (if required)
Maintain records, files, and basic office tasks
Work closely on personal and professional tasks as required
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and timely completion of tasks
Skills & Requirements
Strong communication skills (English & Hindi)
Good organisational and multi-tasking abilities
Professional behaviour and confidentiality
Knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
Presentable and disciplined
Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply

Contract length: 12 months
Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 20 per week
