We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and dedicated Personal Assistant to support the Chairman with daily administrative, coordination, and communication tasks. The ideal candidate should be able to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the Chairman's daily schedule, meetings, and appointments.
Coordinate internal and external communication on behalf of the Chairman.
Prepare reports, notes, presentations, and documentation as required.
Handle travel arrangements, event coordination, and logistical support.
Liaise with departments, stakeholders, and external partners.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Provide administrative support and ensure smooth workflow of tasks assigned by the Chairman.
