Meeting Coordination:
Arrange internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting notes when required.
Communication Handling:
Handle phone calls, emails, and messages on behalf of the CEO in a professional manner.
Travel & Logistics Management:
Arrange travel plans, hotel bookings, transportation, and itineraries.
Document & File Management:
Prepare, review, and maintain confidential documents, reports, and presentations.
Confidentiality & Professionalism:
Maintain strict confidentiality of company and CEO-related information.
Follow-ups & Task Tracking:
Track action points from meetings and ensure timely follow-ups with teams.
Coordination with Departments:
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders as per CEO's instructions.
Priority & Time Management:
Identify priorities and manage urgent matters efficiently.
Support in Decision-Making:
Collect required information, reports, and data to support CEO's decision-making.
Office & Administrative Support:
Assist in administrative tasks and ensure smooth daily operations for the CEO.
Problem Handling & Quick Response:
Handle unexpected situations calmly and take quick action when needed.
Required Skills & Qualities:
