We are looking for a well-organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support the CEO of our EdTech institute. The role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling communication, and collecting reports from internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the CEO's daily schedule, including appointments, meetings, and events.
Coordinate internal meetings with sales, operations, and academic teams.
Collect and consolidate reports from various departments and share them with the CEO.
Assist the CEO in preparing documents, presentations, and basic reports.
Handle email communication and maintain organized records.
Arrange travel, meeting reminders, and follow-ups when required.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure smooth coordination across departments.
Support general administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
Experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role is an advantage.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Good organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting.
Ability to handle multiple tasks professionally and maintain confidentiality.
Work Environment
Office-based role at our Calicut location.
Standard working hours, with flexibility when needed for scheduling.
Salary
Based on experience and internal company structure.
