Job Description

Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements Prepare briefing materials, agendas, and reports prior to meetings. Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and requests for the CEO. Coordinate communication between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders Draft, review, and edit correspondence, presentations, and documents. Organize and maintain confidential files and records Assist with project management and follow-up on action items Handle personal errands, reservations, and travel for the CEO as needed Assist with events, personal logistics, and household coordination .

Qualifications


Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

1+ years' experience as an Personal Assistant Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication ,High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
