Key Responsibilities:
Act as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-ups
Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
Monitor emails and respond on behalf of the CEO when required
Conduct background research and prepare presentations or reports as directed
Assist with personal tasks, errands, and coordination as required
Maintain filing system, contact database, and office supplies
Ensure the CEO is briefed on daily activities, priorities, and deadlines
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
2+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
Discretion and confidentiality are essential
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Fluent in English and Malayalam
