Role Overview
We are looking for a
highly reliable and proactive Personal Assistant
to support the
CEO of a global tech and engineering company
. The role requires
strong decision-making ability
, cross-department coordination, and the confidence to
act on behalf of the CEO when required
.
Key Responsibilities
Manage CEO's schedule, meetings, and priorities
Take decisions and coordinate with departments in the CEO's absence
Act as a communication bridge between the CEO and internal teams
Work closely with multiple departments to ensure smooth operations
Handle confidential information with professionalism
Support global operations and be
available across time zones when needed
Required Skills
Strong
decision-making and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Good communication and coordination skills
Basic technical understanding
or strong willingness to learn (engineering/tech)
High level of discretion, reliability, and ownership
Comfortable with flexible and extended working hours
Preferred
Experience working with senior leadership or CEOs
Exposure to tech, engineering, or startup environments
