Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support
Manage the CEO's
daily calendar
, appointments, and travel plans
Schedule and coordinate
internal and external meetings
Handle
client-facing arrangements
, including visit planning and hospitality
Maintain confidentiality and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the CEO's office
Multi-Way Coordination
Act as a bridge between
Plant operations, Sales team, and Clients
Ensure timely communication and follow-ups across departments
Liaise with
prime vendors
for service delivery, documentation, and issue resolution
Track and report on coordination outcomes using structured formats
Documentation & Reporting
Prepare and manage
Excel-based trackers, dashboards, and reports
Draft professional communications in
Hindi and English
Maintain records of meetings, decisions, and follow-ups
Mobility & Flexibility
Willingness to travel to
plant sites, client offices, and vendor locations
as needed
Adapt to dynamic schedules and urgent requirements
