Key Responsibilities:
1. Executive Support:
- Manage and organize the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Screen phone calls, emails, and correspondence; respond on behalf of the CEO when appropriate.
2. Communication:
- Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up tasks.
3. Project Coordination:
- Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and corporate events.
- Conduct research and prepare reports and presentations as needed.
4. Administrative Duties:
- Maintain filing systems, databases, and records to ensure efficiency and confidentiality.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
5. Personal Tasks:
- Assist the CEO with personal errands and tasks as required.
- Manage other personal commitments and appointments to ensure work-life balance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional integrity.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to tasks.
