The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills in
English
, excellent organizational abilities, and a good grasp of
internet usage and online tools
. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and eager to learn and grow in the Vaastu & Architecture Industry.
What You'll Be Doing
Own the founder's time
-- manage calendars, schedule meetings, and keep priorities aligned.
Be the communication gateway
-- handle emails, WhatsApp messages, follow-ups, and client touchpoints with clarity and speed.
Keep our digital world in order
-- organize documents, floor plans, reports, and coaching materials so everything is easy to find and use.
Capture and simplify information
-- take notes, transcribe voice memos, and turn conversations into clean action steps.
Collaborate across teams
-- work closely with our design, Vastu, and coaching teams to keep projects moving.
Prepare smart, clean deliverables
-- presentations, reports, training content, or anything the founder needs polished.
Run smooth online sessions
-- manage Zoom meetings/webinars and jump in with basic tech support when required.
Dig up insights
-- conduct quick online research on real estate, coaching topics, or client needs.
Support brand touchpoints
-- help with social media updates, newsletters, and CRM entries.
Use modern tools
-- Google Workspace, Notion, Trello, or whichever system keeps us organized.
Handle personal errands and logistics
that help the founder stay focused.
Act as the founder's second brain
-- keeping track of priorities, follow-ups, and anything that can't fall through the cracks.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree
in any field (Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or similar preferred, but not mandatory*).
1-3 years of experience
as a PA, EA, coordinator, or client-facing role.
Excellent communication skills
(English written + spoken).
Strong organizational and time-management skills
-- able to juggle many moving parts without dropping details.
Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar)
