We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support our executive team. The PA will manage administrative tasks, coordinate schedules, and ensure smooth communication between the management and internal/external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the executive's calendar, appointments, and meetings.
Handle calls, emails, and correspondence professionally and promptly.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed.
Coordinate travel arrangements, including tickets, accommodations, and itineraries.
Assist in organizing events, meetings, and corporate functions.
Maintain confidential files and records.
Conduct research and provide summaries or updates when required.
Support the executive with daily operational tasks and special projects.
Requirements:
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office tools.
Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
High degree of professionalism and discretion.
Prior experience as a Personal Assistant or in an administrative role is preferred.
