Administrative & Coordination
Manage daily schedules, appointments, and meetings for the MD.
Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the MD.
Maintain files, records, and important documents in an organized manner.
Draft emails, letters, reports, and other official communications.
Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow-up on assigned tasks.
Operational Support
Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth execution of instructions given by the MD.
Assist in managing vendor relationships, follow-ups, and purchase-related tasks.
maintain proper accounting of expenditure.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on expenses and submit them to the MD.
Logistics & Task Management
Arrange travel, accommodation, and itineraries for official purposes.
Oversee small-scale operational tasks
Support the MD in routine site visits, inspections, and operational supervision.
Confidentiality & Professional Conduct
Maintain strict confidentiality of all business information and decisions.
Maintain professionalism in communications, both internal and external.
3. Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred (any discipline).
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Administrative Executive.
Strong communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Basic accounting knowledge for handling expenses.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email drafting.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Willingness to travel and handle field-related tasks when required.
